The Nepal Trust began work on the ground in 1995 by setting up the first health post in the remote Humla region. A trek organised from Findhorn, brought a carved doorway to symbolise the connection between Scotland and Nepal. Several Community members took part in that trek, including Richard Brockbank who had carved the doorway. Click here to read Richard’s story.
