In my late twenties, I worked for Skyros, the holistic holiday company. One of my duties was to clean the toilets. I’m writing this as part of the volunteer Loo Team. And if you feel motivated to do ‘loo meditation’, in the place that in our history holds a lot of significance, then come join us, even if only occasionally.
Awareness takes time…..and as we journey forward it is in looking back that we can usually see how everything is exactly as it should be. We are learning how to hold fast to nothing, learning to let go of identity and realise our oneness with everything and all.
