The following document was found at Traigh Bhan on Iona by Katherine Collis in the summer of 2025 and a pdf was supplied for the Celebrating One Incredible Family archives.

Starting in December 1970, the document tells the story of how Roger and Katherine Collis were gifted Traigh Bhan on Iona and how the house was then passed to the Findhorn Foundation.
