Cluny Hill Hotel, which Peter Caddy managed from 1957-62, was purchased by the Foundation in late 1975. The Hotel had become run down and within a month of purchase renovations began, organised by Core Group with Peter taking overall responsibility as Cluny Focaliser. Renovations completed, it re-opened as Cluny Hill College on 27th March 1976, with Angus Marland and Tony Corke sharing focalisation.
