We have shifted our focus from the initial triage into dreaming into our long-term strategy, building bridges to the wider world, and sending out manifestations for abundance.
We have officially begun "The Universal Move," transitioning out of the theoretical mapping stage and diving headfirst into the physical, high-energy work of consolidation.
We are moving out of the ‘delightful yet overwhelming’ initial phase of poking around cupboards and diving straight into the physical, tangible work of building a centralised home for our history.
As the first archivist this community has hired from the outside, I feel a push and pull: I want to step back slightly to maintain a professional, removed stance for the work, yet I feel a deep need to immerse myself in the community to truly do justice to its history.
