When you see a head lowered and the shoulders are round
When the brows are all furrowed and the feet drag the ground
Then few words are spoken and life it seems rough
You’re aware of a person who’s Going Through Some Stuff

With looks like a dagger and thoughts like a mole
It’s easy to see these Dark Knights of the Soul
They eat Sauerkraut for breakfast and drinkVinegar for sweet
Then move like shadows as they walk down the street
They’re sombre and silent so don’t call their bluff
Just please be aware that they’re going through some stuff

When your Mind it says one thing and all seems to go
It’s strange what then happens when the Heart it says NO
Then the third force of Spirit comes into the light
How your poor body struggles in this three-cornered fight
Your awareness is heightened and from others you huff
They’re aware of a person who’s going through some stuff

So what is this stuff that we are writing about
That makes us keep silent…or Burst Out and SHOUT?
It’s all Wheels and Circles that work in the Mind
You seek for an answer and inwardly find

So if your shoulders are round and your voice is gruff
Needs be aware that you’re going through some stuff
But at last comes the Dawning by day or by night
When the mist clears away and everything’s bright
Once again meet your friends with that normal warm smile
As you relate of the days when your body held Trial
How you hit a bad patch and the going got tough
And the best word description“ I’ve been going through some stuff”
