It is with great sadness that I let our community know that Chryss Alexzander died unexpectedly on Sunday the 3rd of March 2024 at 5am.

Chryss became a member of the Foundation in 1979, saying ‘it puts everything in place…’’

An Extraordinary Astrologer who had been the President of the British Association of Psychic and Astrology Society, before arriving at the community she loved and served for many years.

She first worked in the Publications department dark room developing the images for our One Earth Magazine, except for the 5 am morning start when she would cycle from her humble caravan in the tall wild grasses that now host the eco houses of Bag End, to Cluny Hill to bake bread for the community, her white cheese laden loaf was always a hit, the smell wafted down the corridors like the Pied Piper!

RB cover 1995Holding workshops in Astrology and Rebirthing, Chryss made a huge impact on all those who knew her. She was straight talking, always called a spade a spade. One of her main acts of service was the many years that she edited The Rainbow Bridge, making up the hard copy, photocopying and collating late into the night, in the General Office.

Chryss moved to Ireland approximately 4 years ago to be close to her son Jaszon and his family and was there to welcome her first grand child. She died without pain and Jaszon by her side…. Blessings on her next great adventure.

I have loved the stars too truly to be fearful of the night.”
