In our week-long Learning to Love workshop that Eileen and I presented for several years she always brought into the Beech Tree Room a small bottle of mustard seeds and passed it around the circle of participants. She invited them to take 2-3 seeds out to examine closely and keep as a reminder of just how little faith the Bible says we need to become genuine believers in a spiritual life. It was always an impressive and moving session, both uplifting and exciting too because I think for many it made faith simple and doable.

I focalised Communications and later became Eileen’s unofficial co-writer, producer, editor and residential workshop focaliser for guests from soon after I arrived, 1978 to 1986. Now retired.
