The Boxing Clever Cookbook

This book was born somewhere between a worthy desire on our part to feed our families locally grown organic vegetables, and becoming founder subscribers of EarthShare – the first CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) weekly vegetable box scheme in Scotland, launched in 1994. As EarthShare became more successful, variety and quantity of vegetables increased, and the more boxes began to line up like London buses in our kitchens.

The problem was we could not find dedicated recipe books for this abundance. It was either drown in vegetables, give up the box or write a cookbook. We are glad we did the latter. Many of our readers refer to it as the Bible of Box Schemes which is a great compliment.
