I made this piece for the Spirit of Healing conference at the Findhorn Foundation in 2004. I was one of the stage managers during the week so I heard all the great presenters: Jenny Mosley, Sandra Ingerman, William Bloom, Robert Holden, Miranda Holden and many others speak on the theme of Healing. As I worked the floor and listened from the side lines, I would write down parts of their talks, like homeopathic remedies in word form. I got a copy of the recordings at the week’s end and worked quickly with sound engineer/musician Jeremy Peron to put this sound track together so I could dance/move to it on the final night sharing.

This film shows the second time I improvised to the Spirit of Healing sound track, for the occasion of Will Russel’s 50th birthday celebration in 2016.

I grew up in Findhorn with my sister Amber and parents Michael and Simone Worth. I followed in both my parents footsteps and have spent my life working in the arts. I returned to Findhorn in 1999.
