Came to the Findhorn Foundation Community: April 1977
Left the Findhorn Foundation Community: September 1980
Areas of involvement with the Findhorn Foundation Community: I worked in Publications mostly, with a shorter stint in Reception. I meditated with the community and enjoyed reading in the library. I lived at Cluny the first year and then the Park. I wrote some songs while living in the caravan Teapot (previously occupied by Hans Poulsen. I always enjoyed dancing!
Experience in the community affected your work in the world: I worked in local government for 25 years on recycling, waste prevention, food waste composting projects and programs, and started the Washington Green Schools program (now EarthGen). I also have continued writing over the years, and was inspired further with this by a weeklong workshop with Dorothy McClean.
List of publications: A poem of mine is printed in the anthology "Worth More Standing: Poets and Activists Pay Homage to Trees" (Caitlin Press). Another poem published in the online journal "Persimmon."
