In conversation with Alex Wright, I explore my own journey in the Community since 2004 as well as all the organisational structures and changes I have experienced over the last 20 years.
My journey began when I settled in the Community to raise my first child. It brought me in touch with many different aspects, but I never actually worked in the Findhorn Foundation:
- family life in community
- Phoenix Community Stores, managing the bakery for four years
- as NFA councillor and then Listener/Convener for 6 years
- Duneland Ltd
We reflect on the past two decades and the community’s complex evolution—from the Findhorn Foundation to changes in the NFA and the organisations emerging to steward the community into the future as the Findhorn Foundation Trust winds down.
