On 27th August 2022 Brian Nobbs passed away. Despite health issues over recent times he had been able to stay in his beloved home in Mansewood until shortly before his death. For a few short days he was in the local hospital, Dr Gray’s, where friends and family were by his bedside throughout.
Brian has been instrumental in the Community in so many ways; his connection with nature spirits, his stunning art and of course his dedication to the Pottery.
You can read a couple of his articles which were published in the 50th Birthday Book and we are hoping there will be many more stories written about this wonderful man in our collective autobiography over the months and years to come.
Let’s Dance, Sing and Perform Together – Artists Coming to Findhorn

It is a while since I left Findhorn to return to Germany but I was deeply touched by Brian‘s gentle personality and working with him for some time was very nurturing. He shared his life‘s journey and wisdom happily and made my life richer.
Thank you
With love
