This week we delve into the Community Magazine archive and share a Snippet chosen from Findhorn News December 1973…

“The Findhorn Foundation Film Society is presenting a selection of the world’s best motion pictures, every Sunday in the Park Theatre. Membership is open to the general public, and there are two performances at 4:15 pm and 8:00 pm.

The films are selected for the community by a committee of eight and the aim is to present a cross section of the cinematic art form. This will range from the mirth of the Marx Brothers, to the symbolism of Bergman and Fellini. The Samurai of Kurasowa to the Royal Ballet. From John Ford westerns ….. to Winnie the Pooh.”
