  1. Why am I here in this community?
  2. What drew me here in the first place?
  3. What do I want to get out of it?
  4. What do I want to give to it?
  5. When I feel disgruntled and it’s not fair – why do I feel like that?
  6. Am I here to make money?
  7. Am I here to feel safe and companionable?
  8. Am I here to serve, not just myself, but the greater whole?
