Community leadership: I've been a co-focaliser for Italian Experience Weeks for many years
Experience in the community affected your work in the world: As an RP I had many opportunities to participate to events where I could introduce the Foundation and its activities. I have organised many events with other RPs, gathering people and sharing with them activities like Group Discovery Games (I did a training for that), held workshops in different topics connected with what I've learnt in many trainings done at the Foundation. In 1989 I became a Facilitator for the Transformation Game and now I've become a Trainer.
