Communing with Nature – Attunement

Having a physical body made from the elements and the stuff of stars, I am nourished and nurtured by my connection and immersion in the natural world. Nature is my teacher as I observe the seasons, the rhythms, the life force in its myriad forms. I co-create as I honour, respect, appreciate, listen and respond to what I hear.
