About Kenshiro Aoki (ex. Hamada)

Kenshiro is an educator from Japan, supporting students to rediscover learning and life through study experiences in New Zealand. He first came to Findhorn at age 17 in 1995.

Came to the Findhorn Foundation Community: 1995
Left the Findhorn Foundation Community: 1996
Areas of involvement with the Findhorn Foundation Community: I lived at Findhorn Foundation for approx 20 months and lived as a member. Also worked on the mosaic in front of the Universal Hall for 3 months, with an American artist.
Experience in the community affected your work in the world: I now work with Japanese teenage students who struggle to attend school. I learned a lot about way you work with people's feelings and thoughts in Findhorn. I was only 17 when I came to Findhorn and I could never repay the love and time people gave me. I am now simply giving back what I was given to the next generation.
