About Jasmine Perinpanayagam

Due to the Findhorn and the Quaker ethos I have been a Life Artist, inspired to explore and fulfil many different facets of myself, trusting in the Divine and thus myself to do whatever I am guidedto

Came to the Findhorn Foundation Community: April 1993 for a conference, then almost yearly visits, for workshops and spiritual replenishment, until coming to live in May 2017
Left the Findhorn Foundation Community: In February 2020 I went to care for my mother, was there during lockdown and now return to my home at Findhorn for respite as often as possible.
Areas of involvement with the Findhorn Foundation Community: Daily meditations, Taize, Five Rhythms, cooking mainly in the CC Kitchen, attending weekly meditations to uphold the 2018 Conference. Non violent Communication Workshop, many other workshops including Astroshamanic
Community leadership: Home Group leader at 2018 conference. Co- visioning and co creating the Whole Community Meditation August 2018 - October 2019, February 2021-December 2021. Sessions for Care Farm - Chi Gung, EFT, relaxation, dance. Holding a Subtle Activism Meditation Group 2018 - 2019.
Experience in the community affected your work in the world: Hugely as the Findhorn ethos, spiritual practice and focus on trust helped me to trust enough to do a wide variety of things in the world for 30 years, organisational work, performing, holding workshops including for teenagers, male maximum security prisoners, elderly, and so on,enabling me to take huge leaps of faith and say Yes!listening within for guidance on what to do.
