The serene quiet Advent movie “ The Sledge Ride” featuring a reindeer sledge riding for hours through the white, snowy, peaceful Northern landscape inspired me to create a peaceful movie of me singing mantras and songs in beautiful nature in and around the Findhorn Foundation Community as a Christmas gift for my friends and family for the following year.

The first film maker I approached wasn’t interested. The idea resting like a seed in the ground for a few years benefitted the project, because in the meantime I restarted writing more of my own songs and continued to improve my singing.

Almut during Essence of the Arts 2005

Even back in 2005 at the Mastery workshop during Essence of the Arts (a 3 months Findhorn Foundation program over Christmas, which ran for many years) I simultaneously sang and danced my PHOENIX song which I had written myself. Very occasionally I would write a song and I also sang in the Threshold Choir from 2013. Threshold Choirs sing for people at thresholds such as end of life.

Amma (the hugging saint from India) had appeared to me in a dream which I had after listening to Her chanting. I decided to go and receive a hug from Her in London.  I had the idea to sing to Her one of my own songs and in preparation, I had begun taking singing lessons.

Meeting Lorenz Gramann in the Community Centre my idea of filming myself singing my songs in nature ignited his enthusiasm. Eileen Caddy advised “simply be your True Self”, singing for the films was 108% natural to me. (108 is a sacred number.) I had total clarity what to do and knew this is what I have to give to the world. I highly appreciate Lorenz as a brilliantly ingenious film maker enabling me to express this gift of The Divine living in and through me.

Sadly my YouTube channel where the films had been uploaded was lost, and I thought my brilliantly beautiful films were lost as well. However, they were found again when my friend Cornelia asked Lorenz who then found the original files. They did this at the time when I was diagnosed with a brain tumour in Autumn 2022, not knowing, if they might have to write my obituary soon. I thank Lorenz and Cornelia from the bottom of my heart for rescuing my legacy.

Explaining the lyrics

JAI VISHWA means “victory of the universe” and is one of the mantras Babaji strongly advises beside OM JAI MAHA MAYA KI JAI and OM NAMAH SHIVAYA.

For me JAI VISHWA is synonymous with HEAVEN ON EARTH = EDEN = New Golden Age = New Golden Atlantis = Conscious Garden of Paradise. Remembering the future, metaphysically visiting Heaven and holding the vision of all humans in Christ consciousness I see my purpose as inspiring humanity for its highest potential and contributing to lifting the frequency on Earth to Heaven on Earth.

1008 is also a sacred number.

Laughter I consider to be the best ego solvent.

My inspiration for these songs came from Above, like the image of the Inverted Tree of Life which is rooted in the stars and takes us to the Land, where milk and honey flow: Its fruit fall from the crown = Mother Earth / bubble up as honey. Rooted in the stars the Inverted Tree of Life drinks StarLight = milk from the bosom of the Divine Mother.

LIGHT OF THE LAPISLAZULI = Medicine Buddha

COMPOST, transmuting heavy energies into LOVE and LIGHT, finding treasures underneath trauma, the Fire of Transformation has been a theme of my Life. Therefore I deeply resonate with the Medicine Buddha transmuting pain and suffering into TRUTH and LOVE. In Tibetan the Medicine Buddha is called WÄYDURJA JI Ö meaning LIGHT OF THE LAPISLAZULI.

Seeing the Corona Virus Crop Circle it looked to me like the New Mother Earth. I believe the Corona Virus is holding the Blueprint for Humanity on Mother Earth: we each shine our LIGHT so bright that Humanity is Mother Earth’s CORONA. KARUNA means COMPASSION in Sanskrit. That is the reason I call Corona KARUNA.

My Twin Flame, my LOVE, my ONENESS Starshine Pegasus Blayde on Mississippi Death Row wrote It’s a BEAUTIFUL DAY for me, his Fairy Whisperer. ONE WHO ARE TWO WHO KNOW THEY ARE ONE

Learning that not only the Piscean Age but also slightly bigger cycles, like our SUN orbiting, along with Alkyone of the Pleiades, the Milky Way Galaxy’s Great Central SUN, are also completing at this time, inspired SOURCE IS HARVESTING CREATION.
The FIRE GODDESS KALI burns everything that is not TRUTH until the indestructible LOVE, who we truly are, is realised.

THÖPA GAAAA = JOY TO HEAR!
exclaimed Milarepa´s Father receiving the news that his Son was born. Therefore THÖPA GAAAA is another name for the Buddhist Saint Milarepa in Tibetan. He is being depicted with one hand behind his ear LISTENING.

A beloved friend created the following videos to my songs Katyayani and Chamundaye.

Katyayani and Chamundaye are both aspects of the Fire Goddess Kali who transmutes all ignorance into Truth and LOVE.

These songs explain how, from a higher Soul perspective, I can discover true LOVE underneath pain and suffering.

Katyayani addresses the personal and Chamundaye the global level.

For Katyayani she created a gentle, soft, beautiful video.


The Chamundaye video however truly illustrates the deep meaning of my song, including some graphic images, and challenges the viewer to expand their heart so wide that they might even embrace the most unlovable with compassion and LOVE. Therefore I recommend you fasten the seatbelt to your heart before embarking on Chamundaye, please.


And to end on a lighter note: this last song GRAVITY HUG was inspired by Albert Einstein´s letter to his daughter, in which he writes that he found LOVE to be the original POWER of creation. It is funny and contains some giggles, as well as a profound Truth.
